Stencil art is a fiddly process as you can see in our older posts. Alot of people dabble and have fun but few excel. Simon aka ‘Dust’ is a dab hand or should I say steady hand at this art form. His anality rewards with dope results. Simon is one of two master minds behind Committed Few and has been cutting and spraying his style of stencils even before I knew this art form existed. Having done intricate pieces for Adidas, Converse and Spiewak jackets its awsome working with true class for Committed Few !
This piece sprayed on an approx 800 x 1200 coal bin lid. So sick… Includes ass end of a model A roadster, 36 Ford Coupe and 59 Ranchero.
Home sweet home was sprayed for an art show in Wellington. The subject in general for the show was the vagabond lifestyle of a travelling skateboarder. The use of the old suitcase and a 55 Chevy ‘Nomad’ is so fitting. Thanks Roge cool car mate!
Vakos took a break from building sk8 parks in his home state of North Carolina and he and his girlfriend Sarah went home to Wilmington NC for the Port City Rumble 09 . cheers for the pics brother!
Dave from Manual Magazine gave me a call one Sunday night about 6pm. He said that he had a crew of English kids on a Red Bull NZ tour and asked if they could stay that night. Super nice crew, Dave got some sick shots of Kris see the red link above. This is Kris on my ramp, South Shore Christchurch. shot by Dave. They stayed a couple of nights and one of them stole Matty’s shower gel. Land lord kicked us out of the pad in the background.

Mad respect for big wave surfing… Christchurch local Doug Young was just over in OZ with last big storm. 2.5 km’s off of Perths coast….faaarrk…choppy, stormy, 2 guys out for the most part.Committed!
