Thursday night usually is a standard of going for ride somewhere then rolling to Good Bye Blue Mondays for a refreshing ale or two while we talk shit. But last Thursday Johnny and Greg broke out the tools and set to task reworking the ’52 Matchless, it turned into a bit of spectacle at the bar with randoms breaking out with stories of their old bikes, regrets of selling them and dreams of the next one. I don’t know how Greg got anything fixed on the old bike with all our stupid questions and comments, all I really remember getting done was cutting some wires, pulling bits off it, emptying a few bottles and sniffing some glue… can’t wait for this Thursday night.

Blue Moon Kustoms always puts down some cool candys and flakes. Usually we are blown away with rad Bike helmets and tanks but last week he started a stage by stage break down on an Impala roof job that is just nuts:
The job is almost done, heaps more picks and a bit of a break down over at Blue Moon Kustoms Blog: HERE
Motor is in, a big day. a few teathing problems. pictures soon…..
Unfortunatley last weekend we didn’t get the 355 into the Impala, all go for this Sunday… i think..? My old man helped get the 46 Fleetmaster sedan home though. Without him it would have been a mission, getting the big ol girl onto the trailor and up the drive. Thanks to Elliot for letting me park her up on the front yard of his new house for a couple of weeks. It really helped him fit into the neigbourhood. I got the approval from the old man that the body isn’t too fucked and the rust repairs will be straight forward. Good to know from an old fashioned panel beater. The visor actually looks like it came with the car, same colour and condition. Next up strip the interior and carpet and a clear the floors, and maybe be hopeful and get the seized blue fame turning if it isn’t too serious.
